The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment offered by Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) Certified Coaches is a research-backed tool designed to help individuals gain a deeper understanding of how they show up in various aspects of their life, their personal energy and how it affects their ability to lead themselves and others to take positive, productive, and sustainable actions.

This simple online assessment takes about 20 minutes to complete. The ELI produces a tangible result, giving individuals awareness about who they are and their level of engagement in the world.

Following the completion of your ELI Assessment, we will schedule a one-on-one debrief session to discuss your results in detail.

During the session, we will:

• Explain the implications of your current energy levels on various aspects of your life.

• Identify patterns and behaviors that might be holding you back from reaching your full potential and achieving your desired outcomes.

• Create a development plan/goal that addresses areas for personal and/or professional growth.
